Lysine |
| Experimental: Lysine was infused into a Xxxxx ion trap mass spectrometer at 10 µl/min in 30% methanol, 0.1% acetic acid. Collision energy was set to 20 for the fragmentation. MS2nd data was collected for one minute and then averaged. In the previous spectrum the peak at m/z 147, the pseudo molecular ion for lysine, was selected for fragmentation. The peak at m/z 130.1 in this spectrum was selected for ms3rd fragmentation, click on the 130 peak to fragment. |
